Booking

Book as soon as you know your dates: spots go quickly. We recommend 2 to 3 months ahead in high season and 2 to 3 weeks in low season. Last-minute bookings are possible, subject to availability, from 9:00 pm the day before until 7:30 am on the day.

Payment

A 50% deposit confirms your booking; the balance is paid at the end of the dive. We do not have a card terminal: we accept cash (Pacific francs and US dollars) and credit cards through a payment link. Four Seasons and Westin guests can book through the concierge, without a deposit, and have the activity charged to their room.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the trip. After that, the deposit is kept, unless you provide a medical certificate. Rescheduling is possible subject to availability.

Weather

The dive center decides each day whether the boat goes out; as a rule, we stay in when the High Commission issues an orange swell warning. Your dive is then rescheduled, and if that is not possible, your payment is refunded.

Getting to the boat

At the Four Seasons and the Westin, the boat leaves from the hotel pontoon with the equipment on board. We also pick up guests at the Maitai from 2 people, and at the Conrad and the Pearl from 4 people, transfer included. Staying in a guesthouse or a rental? Meet us at our Westin or Four Seasons base.

Before your flight

You can dive on your arrival day. Before flying, allow 18 hours between your last dive and take-off, including the domestic flight to Tahiti. Tell us your flight times when you first get in touch, and we plan around them.

Companions and cruise passengers

A non-diving companion is welcome on board, and can snorkel while the others dive if you tell us when you book. Visiting on a cruise? Ship arrival times do not always match our departures: send us your port-call times and we will tell you straight away.
