Accreditations

Diveasy is registered with the French Polynesia Youth and Sports department under number C14582. We are a PADI Resort, and we also certify the French Level 1 under FFESSM and ANMP.

On board

Every boat carries oxygen and a first-aid kit, and every trip starts with a full briefing. Our boats have a sun canopy, watertight compartments for your belongings and a boarding ladder. The nearest hyperbaric chamber is in Tahiti.

Medical questionnaire and certificate

Every diver fills in a medical questionnaire. A medical certificate is required in two cases: over 65, a certificate issued less than 3 months ago; and at any age, as soon as you answer "yes" to any question of the questionnaire. Dive insurance is recommended but not mandatory.

Who can dive

Discover scuba dives from 8 years old, courses from 10. People with reduced mobility are welcome: let us know in advance and we prepare the most suitable boat. Diving is not allowed during pregnancy, and we do not take pregnant women on board as companions either.

The team

Five instructors, all based in Bora Bora: two have lived on the island for more than 10 years, the others for 5 years. Two are PADI instructors, two SDI instructors, one of whom is also an ANMP and FFESSM instructor. One instructor for 5 certified divers at most, and for 2 beginners.
