Discover Scuba Diving in Bora Bora
Your first dive
Never dived before? Your first dive in Bora Bora starts at the pontoon of your hotel: the boat leaves from the Four Seasons or the Westin with all the equipment on board, and your instructor takes care of the rest.

How the discover scuba dive works
On the boat, your instructor explains the basics: breathing, equalizing, hand signals. At the site, usually Anau in the lagoon, you get used to the equipment in shallow water, then explore at your own pace, among coral, colorful fish and, with a bit of luck, manta rays.

Who is it for?
No experience needed, just being comfortable in the water. Children dive with an instructor who looks after them; if a child dives without a parent beside them in the water, we recommend a private instructor.

What next?
Enjoyed it? Your discover scuba dive is the first step towards the PADI Scuba Diver or Open Water course.
